Baymax-Inspired Brownies – Easy, Cute, and Delicious

Have you ever wished Baymax could hand you a sweet, comforting treat? Well, now he can—sort of! These Baymax-Inspired Brownies are ridiculously easy to make and absolutely adorable. With just a box of brownie mix and a little decorating magic, you’ll have the perfect Big Hero 6 dessert!

This is one of those recipes that looks impressive but takes minimal effort—which is exactly my kind of Disney baking. Let’s whip up a batch of these sweet little Baymax treats!

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
  • white frosting
  • black decorating icing (for the eyes)
  • round cookie cutter

Instructions:

Step 1: Bake the Brownies
Prepare your boxed brownie mix according to the instructions. Pour the batter into a 9x13-inch pan and bake as directed. Let them cool completely before moving on to the next step.

Step 2: Cut Out the Circles
Use a round cookie cutter—or the rim of a glass—to cut out circles from the cooled brownies. Carefully lift them out and place them on a serving tray.

Step 3: Frost the Brownies
Spread a smooth layer of white frosting over each brownie, covering the top evenly.

Step 4: Draw Baymax’s Eyes
Using black decorating icing, draw two small dots for Baymax’s eyes. Connect them with a thin, straight line to complete his signature look.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy!
Your Baymax Brownies are ready to serve. Perfect for a Big Hero 6 movie night, a Disney-themed party, or just indulging your sweet tooth!

Tips & Tricks

Q: Do I need a special cookie cutter?
A: Not at all! A round cookie cutter works perfectly, and the rim of a drinking glass works too.

Q: Can I make these ahead of time?
A: Yes! Bake and cut the brownies a day ahead. Just frost and decorate closer to serving for maximum freshness.

Q: What kind of frosting works best?
A: Any white frosting will do! Store-bought vanilla or homemade buttercream will give Baymax his simple, sweet look.

These Baymax Brownies prove that a little creativity can turn even the simplest treats into something magical. Quick, fun, and oh-so-delicious—they’re a must-try for every Disney fan!
